Gift card notification

This has happened to me twice now: I have gotten an email notification with the gift card amount and an online code BEFORE the gift card recipient actually gave me the gift card! :(
Both times, they were VERY disappointed that the surprise was ruined. After the first time I was told it would be "fixed"
However, I'm always happy to get the cards.
