How to use:
Add a serving (1/4oz, or 1 bottle cap) to 8-32oz of water (based on your taste preference). Drink first thing in the morning and throughout the day. For best results, drink regularly 2 or more servings a day. Add to coffee, tea, smoothie, or any other drink of choice. Drink at least two servings a day. Use in hot and cold drinks alike

DO I HAVE TO KEEP IT REFRIGERATED?
- No need to refrigerate, yet we recommend you use chilled. Keep out of direct sunlight.
CAN I ADD TO HOT DRINKS

SERVING SIZE
- Each serving is 1/4 Oz. We recommend a minimum of 1 tablespoon daily (2 servings). Each serving is sufficient for an 8-32oz drink. Use according to your taste preferences.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROSE NECTAR AND ROSE WATER
- Rose Nectar is 10-100x more nutrient-rich than rose water. To make your own drinkable rose water, simply mix Rose Nectar with 8-16oz of water.
